All of our items are made to measure from scratch, we don't carry any stock, other than pieces listed as ‘ready to ship’ in our shop.
Our current lead time is estimated at 2 to 3 months from the receipt of payment, you order will be added to a queue and we will send regular updates. Delivery is shortly after completion.

We're committed to ensuring your furniture delivery is as seamless as possible. We partner with trusted delivery specialists to offer reliable courier services covering almost all of mainland UK. Please note, some surcharge areas may require additional delivery costs. Most of our furniture is sent fully assembled, with smaller items sent via next-day courier.

Product Inspection and Acceptance:

We take pride in ensuring our products are quality-checked before leaving our workshop, arriving in perfect condition. Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture carefully. Do not accept the items unless you are confident they have arrived in good condition. If you sign for the goods and later discover they are damaged, the courier company will not assume liability.

Packaging and Returns:

To ensure your furniture remains in the best possible condition during transit, we carefully package each item to prevent damage. If you wish to return your order, it must be in its original condition and packaging. Retain the packaging until you are completely satisfied with your order, as the delivery company will need to inspect it if any damage has occurred.
